The Replacement of Paul McCartney in the Beatles

Before I get into the meat of this post I want to answer a question that some viewers of this blog may want to ask, which is, why I am making yet another post about Paul McCartney and the Beatles? The answer is that it bothers me that the general public is being misled about what the truth is concerning this individual and that particular rock group. Whenever the truth is not known, I feel responsible for at least making an attempt to set the record straight.

This is not another PID post. I do not accept the PID version of events and there is so much disinformation involved in PID that I do not want to be associated with it in any way except to differentiate what I am saying is the truth from what PID says is the truth.

What PID says is the truth can be summarized as follows:

Paul McCartney died in late 1966 in a car accident in Britain and he was permanently replaced by a single individual sometimes referred to as Billy Shears or William Campbell or some other name.

Far different from PID, what I am saying and have been saying on this Blog is the truth can be summarized as follows:

Paul McCartney was replaced in the Beatles in late 1966 either temporarily or permanently. During the time he was replaced there were numerous unknown lookalikes portraying him, not a single known individual as PID claims. These multiple lookalikes are all significantly different from each other and from the original Paul McCartney.

I have evidence to support what I say is the truth, which I have covered before in this blog but will be going over again later.

Before I go further, I want to raise a hypothetical question for your consideration, which is: If Paul was replaced in late 1966, either temporarily or permanently, then what explanations are available for him being replaced (or having to be replaced)? I have considered this question and here are some possible answers I came up with.

An illness, either temporary of permanent.

A non fatal accident that was disfiguring.

He died, either by natural causes or unnatural causes (ie murder/assassination).

He wanted leave the Beatles voluntarily, either temporarily or permanently without destroying the group in the process.

He was forced to leave the Beatles for an unknown reason.

Are there any other possible explanations you can think of?

Going forward in this post I will refer to the original James Paul McCartney as JPM to distinguish him from any lookalikes.

Here is some information from the PID movement that I hold to be true:

In mid September 1966 JPM was missing from media coverage for months without explanation.

When he supposedly reappeared in mid-December 1966 he appeared in all ways to be very different than he had been before.

Relevant to this discussion is that JPM allegedly left the UK wearing a disguise to vacation in France incognito so he would not be swarmed by fans.

Following this vacation in France JPM allegedly went to Africa to vacation.

I will be showing photographs in this post to show the changes in the appearance of JPM as evidence that JPM did not arrive in France, although his car did, driven by a lookalike and that he did not go to Africa either. A lookalike did. This is the beginning of the deception.

The original JPM appeared on the Melody Makers Award Show in London on September 13, 1966. Here is an image of JPM at that show:

Note his appearance and how he appears to look as he always looked in the Beatles. Nobody would doubt this is JPM. This image is the last public appearance from JPM for months until he allegedly wanted to vacation incognito in France by wearing a disguise so he would not be recognized as a Beatle, which would ruin his vacation. Its perfectly understandable why he would want to do this and it makes sense but there is something wrong with the photographs, as you will see.

Below right is the picture of JPM taken in the UK in disguise before he went to France. Compared with the image on the below left we can still recognize that this is JPM. The mustache, glasses and change of hair style do not change his appearance so much that he cannot be recognized.

It has been said that on November 6, Paul flew to France on a plane ferry with his Aston Martin from Lydd Airport in Kent, England but there is a problem with this date. As you can see from the following image, the picture of Paul in disguise shown above was taken on October 28. 1966.

It is illogical to think that Paul would be dressed up in disguise on October 28 and then not go to France wearing the disguse until November 6. It is far more likely that Paul flew to France on the same day his picture in disguise was taken, October 28, 1966

It has been said that Paul drove to Paris, then down to Bordeaux, where he planned to meet his roadie, Mal Evans, on November 12 but we cannot trust this to be accurate.  I question if JPM ever drove to Paris or was even in France but I say a lookalike was in France. Also the date of November 12 is in question based upon the above date inaccuracy. In regard to Mal Evans, if there was indeed a conspiracy to switch JPM with a lookalike then Mal Evans was certainly a part of that.

The next image of what is alleged to be JPM is taken in France driving Paul's car, but this person with Paul's car was not JPM. It was a lookalike. It was the first of many lookalikes, as I will be showing with photographic evidence.

A real life Texas switch

A Texas Switch is a classic filmmaking trick where an actor, stunt double or prop is seamlessly swapped out mid-shot without cutting the camera. This is the Hollywood version of a Texas switch but in the real world which this blog is concerned with, a Texas switch is when a person, usually a VIP is substituted with a lookalike without letting the public know about it. The public considers the lookalike to be the VIP in the absence of anything to make them suspicious.

In the case of Paul's "incognito" vacation to France, he was replaced by a lookalike who was driving JPM's car, a dark green Aston Martin DB5.

The below images were supposedly taken in France of Paul with his DB5.

I don't know how perceptive you are in comparing people in photographs but there is no doubt in my mind that the person seen standing beside JPM's DB5 is not JPM.

The person in this image is taller and gaunter than JPM. His head is less round and more oblong. If you are not convinced I have later images to show you of this man when he went to Africa a short time later. These images show very clearly that a substitution has been made of JPM for a lookalike that doesn't remotely look like Paul.

More to Come if you want it.
