Beverly Eckert

Despite what some may have thought, I am still maintaining this Blog. This particular post is about a woman named Beverly Eckert, who came up on my radar as a suspicious death related to 9-11. Of course for those who do not think there was any conspiracy involved in 9-11 the death of this woman is just a coincidental nothingburger. Nothing to see here. Move along. Obviously I am not one of those people which is why I am taking the time and trouble to make this post.

What makes Beverly Eckert significant in my opinion is that she refused to accept what amounts to a cash bribe to drop her investigation(s) into 9-11 and later died in a "plane accident".  That got my attention that her death may have been a way to silence her by those people who have a lot to lose if the truth about 9-11 is ever released to the American public instead of the Zionist fairy tale we were sold by our faithful American media.

Here is some specific information about Beverly Eckert that I want to share. She became a member of the Family Steering Committee, the group of relatives who in 2002 and 2003 spearheaded the public fight for a 9/11 commission, against resistance from the White House. Beverly Eckert was also among a handful of Sept. 11th relatives to reject the rich settlements offered by the government in exchange for a renunciation of all legal claims against US persons or entities, such as corporations or government agencies. She participated in a number of lawsuits around Sept 11th, with the express purpose of gaining discovery and accountability about the events of the day. She wasn't a sheep, as so many Americans are when the subject concerns  9-11.

As the deadline for filing claims with the Victims’ Compensation Fund passed in Dec. 2003, she published the following statement in USA Today:

My Silence Cannot Be Bought by Beverly Eckert

I’ve chosen to go to court rather than accept a payoff from the 9/11 victims compensation fund. Instead, I want to know what went so wrong with our intelligence and security systems that a band of religious fanatics was able to turn four U.S passenger jets into an enemy force, attack our cities and kill 3,000 civilians with terrifying ease. I want to know why two 110-story skyscrapers collapsed in less than two hours and why escape and rescue options were so limited.

I am suing because unlike other investigative avenues, including congressional hearings and the 9/11 commission, my lawsuit requires all testimony be given under oath and fully uses powers to compel evidence.

The victims fund was not created in a spirit of compassion. Rather, it was a tacit acknowledgement by Congress that it tampered with our civil justice system in an unprecedented way. Lawmakers capped the liability of the airlines at the behest of lobbyists who descended on Washington while the Sept. 11 fires still smoldered.

And this liability cap protects not just the airlines, but also World Trade Center builders, safety engineers and other defendants.

The caps on liability have consequences for those who want to sue to shed light on the mistakes of 9/11. It means the playing field is tilted steeply in favor of those who need to be held accountable. With the financial consequences other than insurance proceeds removed, there is no incentive for those whose negligence contributed to the death toll to acknowledge their failings or implement reforms. They can afford to deny culpability and play a waiting game.

By suing, I’ve forfeited the “$1.8 million average award” for a death claim I could have collected under the fund. Nor do I have any illusions about winning money in my suit. What I do know is I owe it to my husband, whose death I believe could have been avoided, to see that all of those responsible are held accountable. If we don’t get answers to what went wrong, there will be a next time. And instead of 3,000 dead, it will be 10,000. What will Congress do then?

So I say to Congress, big business and everyone who conspired to divert attention from government and private-sector failures: My husband’s life was priceless, and I will not let his death be meaningless. My silence cannot be bought.

If I were to venture a guess I would say that this is what sealed her fate and destined her for a later convenient plane crash to take her out of the picture. I guess she could have committed suicide also but that might have been harder to accept. Anything to get rid of her and her troublesome questions that the U.S. Government had no good answer for.

As for the plane crash in which she died in, what is significant is that she had met with then President Obama in Washington, D.C. to discuss 9-11 and to ask the President to open a new 9-11 investigation. Apparently she didn't know that this was a no-no, as Dennis Kucinich and his family found out the hard way  when the U.S. Senator called for a new 9-11 investigation. It took having two family members murdered to make Mr. Kucinich stop talking about 9-11. This is a third rail that powerful people do not want touched by anyone.

Less than a week after meeting with Obama she was dead. Someone who had involvement in 9-11 such as the CIA (or Israel) may have thought it was time to silence this bothersome woman for good. Let the sheep learn to keep their mouths shut and just accept whatever the U.S. Government says is true. There is no need for an inquiry into anything. Just accept what you or told and given in pay off money and move on, for the good of the country, of course.

Although the media presented the cause of the crash as nothing more sinister than ice build-up on the wings of the plane, suspiciously there was a strong FBI presence at the crash site. The FBI only investigates cases where the NTSB has determined that ‘foul play’ is involved. This suggests that something other than ice buildup caused the crash of the plane and the U.S. Government covered it up for its own purposes.

More to come if you want it.
