Larry Mizel pictured above founded M.D.C. Holdings in 1972 and has served as Director and Chairman of the Board since its inception. He was appointed CEO of M.D.C. Holdings in 1988.
Phillip Winn pictured above was the Director of M.D.C. Holdings who was convicted of massive fraud of HUD. He was later given a Presidential Pardon by corrupt President Bill Clinton.
