December 7, 1943: John Ramsey is born in Lincoln, Nebraska.
1957: John Ramsey left Nebraska and moved with the rest of his family to Okemos, Michigan. At they time they move to Michigan, John Ramsey is age 13 or 14.
1961: John graduates from High School in Michigan. He is 18 at this time.
1961 - 1966: John Ramsey attends Michigan State University majoring in electrical engineering. During this time he meets Lucinda Lou Pasch (who is later to become his wife) while they are both undergraduates at Michigan State University. John Ramsey is age 19 - 24 during this time.
1966: John and Lucinda become married. Their marriage happens in Michigan either before or after John joined the U.S. Navy.
1966: John joins the U.S. Navy and was in the civil engineer corps and went through officer candidate school at Newport, Michigan.
1966: John transfers from Newport, Michigan to Port Huaeneme, CA, north of Los Angeles to the civil engineering corp school. He is stationed at a U.S. Navy base there.
1966 - March 1968: John Ramsey was stationed in Port Hueneme, CA while he was in the U.S. Navy. Port Huaeneme is just north of Los Angeles. John Ramsey is 23 - 25.
March 1968 - November 1969: John Ramsey was assigned to the Navy Public works Center at Subic Bay Training center in the Phillipines. John Ramsey is 25 - 26.
1969: John Ramsey's first child is born. This is Elizabeth. She was born while John and Lucinda were at Subic Bay together.
~1975: John is living in Atlanta, GA with his wife Lucinda and his children.
1977 or 1978: John is a manager in an Atlanta Computer company named Southern Instruments & Peripherals, Inc. During this time he has a sexual affair with a woman working there.
1978: John Ramsey divorces from his first wife (Lucinda) for reasons that have never been made public. John is age 35.
November, 1980: John Ramsey marries Patsy Ramsey in Atlanta, GA. John is age 37. They initially live in Atlanta, GA.
1983: John started a computer equipment distribution company (supposedly out of his basement in Atlanta) called Teqspec Distribution Company, Inc. Within the next year, he hooked up with local businessmen J. Thomas Woolsey and Robert A. Dinning, changing its name to MicroSouth Inc.

1983: Apparently simultaneously, John had a business called Teqspec II, Inc., which was renamed in 1985 to ElectroSouth, Inc. and also included Woolsey and Dinning on the board.
1985: The official story is that John Ramsey and his father in-law Don Paugh created Advanced Products Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA but evidence has come to light that this is not true. This link says that Advanced Products Group, Inc. was started in 1985 in Boulder, Colorado before either John Ramsey or Don Paugh had moved there. In 1985 John Ramsey and Don Paugh were still living in Atlanta so why would they start a company in Bouder when neither of them lived there?
1986: John Ramsey and his wife Patsy start a company called Patsy Ramsey & Associates, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.
1988: Microsouth, Inc. incorporates in Tampa, Florida. So Microsouth in Atlanta has operations in Tampa, Florida. Note: Tampa, Florida is a port city in Florida, indicating that Microsouth was importing and/or exporting something through this port city.
1988: ElectoSouth, Inc and Advanced Products Group, Inc. merge to form a new company called Advanced Products Group, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.
1989: Advanced Products Group, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) merges with CAD Distributors (Boulder, CO) and CADSources (Piscataway, NJ) to form Access Graphics in Boulder Colorado. Note: Access Graphics was created in Boulder, Colorado while John Ramsey was still living in Atlanta, GA and before he became President and CEO of it.
1991: Lockheed Corporation purchases Access Graphics in Boulder, CO. John and Patsy Ramsey relocate from Atlanta, GA to Bouder, CO. Note: I am not sure if the Ramsey's moved to Boulder before or after the Lockheed purchase of AG but this would be significant to know.
1993: Lockheed Corporation merges with Martin Marietta to become Lockheed Martin (LM).
December 1996: John's daughter is murdered.
