Thomas Arthur Vallee was a U.S. Marine who was set up to be the patsy in a cancelled assassination planned for JFK in Chicago, Illinois on November 2, 1963.
Vallee was intended to be the patsy for the assassination in Chicago just as Oswald was the patsy for the assassination in Dallas.
Make no mistake about it, Jackie Kennedy would have been the assassin in Chicago had the threat not been discovered on October 30. The conspirators quickly changed their plans to do the same thing in Dallas that they originally planned to do in Chicago.
