A recent comment asked me for evidence that the majority of the Rwandan population had been vaccinated prior the Rwandan genocide that Dr. Pierre Gilbert mentioned in his 1995 speech. I had that on my new Blog and the Jews at WordPress shit canned the entire Blog and would not even let me copy the content off. Fuck WordPress. I looked for the screenshot that I had saved and can no longer find it but I will discuss this some in this post. This concerns the Plandemic.
I found clear evidence that up to 96% percent of the Rwandan population had been vaccinated with multiple "vaccines" prior to the 1994 genocide. If memory serves me correctly, the majority of those were in 1992, two years before the genocide. This has relevance because Dr. Gilbert mentioned the Rwandan genocide as being a precursor of the Plandemic. This concerns EMF being used for mind control. The Rwandan genocide was not a naturally occurring phenomenon but it was engineered to happen by very evil people in the U.S.A., including the CIA and others. Giant airplane mounted antennas such as the one pictured below were used to beam highly concentrated EMF waves down onto the population of Rwanda.
I do not fully understand the process, but somehow these EMF waves artificially altered the emotions of the population to cause them to fly into a murderous rage and began to kill members of a different tribe in Rwanda. Hutus and the Tutsis are the two major tribes and these EMF waves were used to make one tribe commit genocide against another tribe. But the story goes beyond EMF waves to the use of vaccines, as I will describe in the next paragraph.
From the context of Dr. Gilbert's 1995 speech it is clear he is saying that vaccines played a part in the 1994 Rwandan genocide. I looked for a long time and could find no evidence of vaccines being administered before the genocide but I always suspected it was the case. So later on I did a deeper search and discovered the evidence that 96% of the population was vaccinated in some 1992 program. So this in conjunction with the plane mounted antennas is very relevant concerning the Plandemic.
What I suspect is that some kind of hidden technology disguised as one or more vaccines made the Rwandan population much more susceptible to the effects of the EMF waves. Somehow the "vaccines "magnified or enhanced the effects of the EMF waves so that the people became unthinking killing machines. Dr. Gilbert mentions this same thing when he said the vaccines will concentrate inside the human brain and act like miniature receivers for the external EMF waves. In this way an entire population can be secretly controlled from an external source without having any conscious awareness of being controlled. Those behind the genocide have total deniability because nobody has put together all the evidence yet to prove they did it.
The Rwandan genocide used mind control technology to depopulate a major part of that country in a bloody genocide. There were no cell phone towers in this country but these planes with antennas served the same purpose as the cell phone towers in the U.S.A. today. I saw the connection then and now between the genocide and the Plandemic. Do you see this connection from my explanation or do you require further explanation? If a more advanced form of this technology was deployed in the Plandemic vaccines, imagine what Jews could do this with technology. It could be used for literally anything you can think of concerning mind controlled thoughts and emotions beamed onto a clueless population. If that does not scare you, it should.
